Texture Release Hair Dilator Effectively expands coils and curls to enable styling versatility.
This specially formulated dilator expands the coils to allow the cuticle to become wavy or straight depending upon the temperature of the blow dryer and flat iron. The hair is now prepared for the Releasing Lotion (Step 2).
